36 Month In Service Date Warranty

The electrical equipment which has been remanufactured at our Electrical Equipment Maintenance and Repair Center is warranted under provisions of this warranty. For a period of 36 months, from the in service date, the equipment is guaranteed to operate at rated load conditions with proper care, installation, and maintenance. The seller shall have no liability for damage resulting from improper installation, application or operation of the equipment, voltage surges, negligence of others, accidents, natural forces, operations beyond rated capacities or misuse.

Any mechanical or electrical parts proving defective under such normal operation and installation will be repaired or replaced, at seller's option, by seller, F.O.B. seller's plant, freight prepaid. In no event shall the seller be responsible for providing working access to the defect, including the removal, disassembly, replacement or reinstallation of any equipment, materials or structures to the extent necessary to permit the seller to perform its warranty obligations. The seller's obligations in this warranty shall not exceed, in amount, the original purchase price. In the event that the costs of the repair or replacing would exceed the original purchase price, the seller's obligations under this warranty shall be satisfied by a return of the purchase price.

The seller shall not be liable for special or consequential damages or for delay in performance of this warranty. Seller shall not be responsible for repairs or replacement made by others without the seller's consent. The equipment has been sold based upon purchaser's intended application. The giving or failure to give any advice or recommendation by the seller shall not constitute any warranty or impose any liability upon seller.

The warranties made herein shall in LIEU of any other warranty, expressed or implied, including but not limited to any IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Such implied WARRANTIES OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED.

Field Service Rates

Energy Systems Services, LTD. (ESS) offers extremely competitive field service rates. On average, the hourly rates for ESS' field service are 20% below that of our competitors. The percentage is given for comparison purposes only. The comparison is not a guarantee or an offer. ESS reserves the right to alter these rates based on the scope of work to be performed. Field service hourly rates are subject to change without notice.
